Carefully pack the item in its original shipping materials, ensuring that all Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) and tamper-proof holograms remain intact.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or ship the item using a trackable service to our warehouse, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity markers, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
